I do adore this game, however there are glitches that make me crazy. Sometimes I'll lose staff, sometimes the cash or patient count isn't accurate, or other times it'll have to restart. The latter is very frustrating. All that being said it's a very fun well thought-out SIM game. The patients are great. The room and staff leveling up is also enjoyable. Please try to get it glitch free, appreciate it.

OVER MONETIZED UNDER DEVELOPED!! these Developers do not improve quality of life of this game. only adding things that cost real world money. There are many bugs and glitches which they do not fix, or even acknowledge they exist sometimes denying but there is a problem with their game. sometimes punish players for finding or using these glitches and bugs. Trying to contact the developers about bugs, glitches and problems with their game go unanswered. Do Not Install!

I download this game because the caracters are CUTE. You can play it slow, alone for relaxing time. But sadly if you want to go adventurous, you have to PAY TO WIN. The graphics are excellent but please expect no more of you're on free mode.
